Views
The view from every window, before the building exists.
On a floor plan, two apartments with the same area look the same. From the window, they are not. One looks at the sea. The other looks at a wall.
What changes the view
Floor, direction, position in the building, and what stands around it. A balcony on the ninth floor and one on the second, a kilometre of open water and a street of buildings: the plan shows none of it.
What the buyer sees
The view from each window of the unit they are considering, at the hour and day they choose. Two or three units can be put side by side, from the same hour, so the difference can be seen and not explained.
Measured, not photographed
The position, the height and the geometry of the surroundings are measured. The look of the surfaces is reconstructed, and the page says so: it is a measured view, not a photograph of a building that does not yet exist.
