1. Who is responsible

The controller of the personal data described here is ResiViewer. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

2. What we process, and why

Visiting the site. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and keep the site secure, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. The site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We may use basic visit data to understand how visitors engage with our website and communications.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Writing to us. If you write to [email protected], we process your message and contact details to answer you. Our e-mail is hosted by Google Workspace.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request, or our legitimate interest in replying.

The live demonstrations, only if you open them. The pages under /demo/ load nothing from Google until you press Load live 3D view. When you do, the demonstration loads Google Maps, and Google receives the data it needs to show the map, such as your IP address and device information. Google processes that data as described in the Google Privacy Policy, and may use cookies or similar technologies as described there. We send Google no other data about you.

Legal basis: your request, when you choose to open the live demonstration.

3. How long

Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Technical data held by Cloudflare is kept as set by Cloudflare.

4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards they provide, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for portability, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
